IIn 1997 David Bown and Mike Freeland opened Music Lessons Central in San Bernardino California. Their vision was to have a studio that specialized in private “one-on-one” music lessons with a highly qualified teaching staff as opposed to your standard music retail store
with some lessons available in the back of the store. As this was solely
Mike and Dave's concept from the start they were excited to be the first
studio of their kind in the area. Next for them was to get the right
teachers and over the coarse of time they are proud to say they have
"The Best" teachers in the Area. MLC has been voted the #1 Music Lessons
School in the “Inland Empire & Beyond” by the respected Inland Empire
Magazine in their “Best Of” edition. Music Lessons Central has moved to
Redlands, California! They are bigger and better than ever before.
Opening their new location in Dec. of 2009 they have much to offer for
all ages (yes even you adults)!
